Three months before the Olympic Games, Rio de Janeiro will host — from May 23-25 — the main conference of the Association of the American Chambers of Commerce of Latin America and the Caribbean (AACCLA), named the Business Future of the Americas. The conference will feature three days of activities and will bring together 24 chambers of the AACCLA. Participating in the event will be regional leaders, local authorities, CEOs and business executives from Brazil and other countries represented by national chambers. The goal is to present the main challenges and opportunities for fostering commercial relations in the Americas, and to discuss the Brazilian scenario for commerce and regional development as well as strategies for diversification of economic bases following the commodities boom.
